Brazil government has opened an administrative inquiry to probe into alleged noncompliance committed by company Iberia Líneas Aéreas de España S/A. The investigation should focus on the cancellation of tickets sold in December last year as part of special deals.
The tickets purchased had flights from Rio de Janeiro to Paris with a connection in Madrid. The round trip cost $118. The passengers received the confirmation of their purchase, which included a booking number. In a one-sided move days later, Iberia canceled hundreds of tickets. In such situations, Dr. Densa said, a company must not claim the ticket was cheap due to an error. " Providers must comply. They could perhaps claim there was an error issuing the ticket, arguing prices were far below their market value. However, air tickets oscillate significantly. You can’t claim consumers acted in bad faith by purchasing tickets at a lower price," she noted.

What to see and do at French Beach on Maceio's Southern Coast
Maceio's Praia do Frances is also known as "French Beach." This beach is known to be one of the most beautiful on the southern coast of Maceio. It is 21 kilometers from the city, and there are south coast tours you can take to see this beach, Gunga Beach and the Bar of Miguel.
French Beach is one of the prettiest stretches of coastline in northeastern Brazil. The coral reefs in the water help to break up the waves, and the water that reaches the shore is calm and serene. The waters at Praia do Frances Beach are clear and seem to change with the sun's movement across the sky. At times, the water is green, and at other times blue, but it is always clear. French Beach has some of the most pleasantly warm waters in Maceio.
There are quite a few things to do at Frances Beach, other than sunbathe and swim. Like many of Maceio's other beaches, the reefs off the coast of French Beach form natural pools at low tide. These pools are great for swimming, snorkeling and diving. You can hire a boat to take you out to the reefs, and there are places near French Beach where you can rent snorkeling and diving gear. In the pools you'll find a variety of unique fauna, and it's great for taking pictures. You can get out to the pools for a very low fee, and it is usually included in guided tours of French Beach.
